Processing Time 

Once an order is placed for made and ready to ship items it will be processed between 1-2 weeks. For hand crochet items please allow 6-8 weeks for turn around time due to demand and volume of orders. Once processed it can take 3-10 business days to arrive at it's destination. Tracking numbers are sent to the email the customer has entered in their order. 

Lost or Damaged  

Once a package has been scanned into the mail carrier's system I am no longer responsible for any lost or damaged packages as it is out of my hands at that point. A lost package form can be filled out on the USPS website with the provided tracking information.

Refunds or Replacements 

Due to the kind of pieces I make, I cannot replace a majority of the designs that I sell. Many pieces are extremely unique from the wire wrapping to the individuality of each stone or crystal used.

If something has been damaged during shipping, I unfortunately am not responsible as it is out of my hands; but as a fellow consumer I do try my best with certain situations to make up for any inconvenience.
